Hi Donna, they have variety of foods to choose from and it costs between 250-500 per order of meat. You will get a free hot soup that you could choose from if you order 2 types of meat. They offer it with delicious side dishes. Me and my family loves their homemade kimchi:)) I hope you like it!
Just the side dishes and kimchi are unlimited. Meat, soups (although i think 1 order of soup is included), and rice is per order.
This is one of the best Korean Restaurant I have visited. Why? The quality of meat are the best (cuts are proportion and its juicy)and the veggies are super fresh. The set of side dishes are nice and delicious. This is not the typical buffet style restaurant (like Samgyupsalamat) but I tell you, that you will feel Korea in this place! Must try! ❤️❤️❤️
Love the food bean paste noodles. And also you can try seafood pancakes.
Fantastic meal , great service .. if you havent been yet .. you should go !
good affordable 2 orders of samgyupsal plus free soybean seafood soup and refillable side dishes and lettuce wrap 👍
The best samgupsal ever!
Well worth å visit, simple but good
Still the best K tasting food... EVER!
So so so so good!! It was flavourful, filling and a great experience. The taste is authentically delicious, would recommend! They are very attentive and care about the customer experience.
Not pricy and eating peacefully with tasty Korean food as expected. To adding further value, you will be impressed with the free side dishes as they also come with a free pot of soup. Yes, you hear me right.
Best place to get your samgyupsal fix IMO. Super basic, not even unli, but super good. Loved that its owned by a Korean family and ever since we tried this place, we keep on coming back. Fave forevs!
Korean food is too good in taste with unlimited sidings very healthy food.
Environment need to be improved ,food is good
Good taste korean food
Delish food as always
Still the best Korean restaurant
Best Korean resto in Manila, in my opinion of course. Affordable and delicious. Excellent customer service, too. Been a regular since 2013.
This is one of my favorite Korean restaurants. It's owned by a very nice Korean couple who will always be at the restaurant (at least one of them or their son) to make sure things are running smoothly.I've been eating here for at least 7 years (in fact, I was just there the past week), and the food is consistently good. The food is good for sharing and expect to pay about P300 per person. My favorite thing about this place are the sides. I especially LOVE the fish cakes, which are so delicious and which you get for FREE.Just note that this isn't a super fancy restaurant. It has a very homey vibe to it, which I personally like.I think it goes without saying that I HIGHLY recommend this place.P.S. If you get two orders of grilled meat, you get a soup dish (you can choose from the soup dishes worth P250, ask the server) for free. It's not on the menu, there are no signs, but I always just ask the server when I order.
Best samgyupsal :)
I love going to this place to eat grilled pork. I also love their side dishes that are freshly made. The owner is very accommodating too!
Before the samgyupsal fad, my very first korean bbq experience was here (around 2012~). It doesn't disappoint even now. Loved their soups(doenjjang-jigae and galbitang), kimchi, and samgyupsal. The most authentic you can get!Ordering 2 samgyupsal comes with a free doenjjang-jigae and sides. My favorite sides are the ones with leeks and fish cake. It's also worth mentioning that their staff are very accomodating. Fast service as well! Will always come back here with my sisters. Samgyupsal here will always be our comfort food 😊
authentic korean food. good staff. nice owner.
There are many great Korean restaurants in the area. This isn't one of them. The good: Samgyupsal is decent. Free side for every two grilled items. Has some parking. The not so good: Place smells stuffy. All the beef items are sliced paper thin (each order is approximately 50-70g). The sides are shabby.
Always a homey korean feel dining at Min Sok. Love their side dishes. Really hits the spot when you're in korean-foodie mood. Heart. Heart.
family like.
Good
Good Korean restaurant. Was a bit smokey when we first arrived but it cleared up in a couple of minutes. The manager was extremely hospitable and was of tremendous assistance. Sevice was ok and very polite. Location is quite convenient.
16 years in the business.. theyre there for a reason.. hahaha great food, service and cozy atmosphere
It's where you can real authentic Korean Cuisine The Service provided by the Korean couple who owns it is indeed so peronalized. PRICE IS REASONABLY LOW CONSIDERINGTHE YUMMY FOOD OFFERED. I LOVE THE PLACE.
I have been offered a very reasonable portion of two medium pieces meat and sides were offered for no additional charge. Meat tested very well, was tender and juicy. Before it was grilled for me a choice of sides was later on the table of which I enjoyed kimchi and fish cake very much. No questions asked, sides keep on arriving included after you are done with any of them. Overall basic place with delicious food at a very good price.
Awesome food, wonderful wait staff, extremely nice owner 5 stars!!!!
It's an unassuming korean restaurant frequented by Koreans.
Family-run business. Owners are very warm and attentive. Great service.
Servings good! Nice crew, foods great, quality korean foods and price is fair.. 👍👍
Authentic feels stuffed in a neighborhood with small business spaces next to residential houses. Parking can be difficult, but if you like Korean food, that won't be much of a problem. Food that can fill your stomach and can be shared with friends. Chill and relax in this place where you'd feel like you're in a Koreanovela eatery, less the Korean servers of course since that would be a hassle if you don't know how to speak Hang-Guk. 😁
Nice place and great food.
In a place surrounded by bars and hotels, there is this Korean Restaurant, manage by Korean owners, serving authentic Korean cuisine. This is where I had my first samgyeopsal experience years ago. Upon entering, the restaurant owner gave us a warm welcome and assisted us to the available table. It's unusual to see an owner managing his own restaurant to make sure every customer will have a great dining experience and for me, that's truly exceptional.Samgyeopsal came with unlimited side dishes just like other samgyeopsal. The meat was of high quality and super affordable. Service was excellent. Refilling of side dishes was fast. I'm not sure if the one serving the refills is the wife of the owner but she was nice. The ambience is good. It has a homey vibe which I really like. Parking space is limited. Overall, it was a great dining experience.
Really enjoyed to find this restaurant, great tasty corean food! We feel that have at heart their culinary art, we feel it at each bite. Be aware that the entrance of the restaurant is not obvious, I thought it was closed, but it was open.
Very authentic Korean FoodKind owner and very helpful servers will greet you as if you are in Korea.I went there on Jan 18 2019.
Super tasty - loved it!
I only discovered this place by Googling it and read that this place has good reviews and I can now say that these good reviews are true. The food in general is really good. The meat and the vegies tastes fresh. I also like that their side dishes are home made which gave it an authentic korean dish taste. The owners are really accommodating and warm as well. Price wise, I think its not as expensive as other korean restaurants since we only paid around 1500+ for our group of 4 and I can tell you, we are really really full. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a good korean restaurant in makati.
Friendly family owned business with clean quality well presented food and dependable service.
Best Korean food. Very popular with Koreans living in Manila. Decent prices, very nice owner, service could be a little more attentive, but is ok.
Hidden gem. Probably the best Korean I've had in Manila. They have 3 slots for parking in front of the restaurant in busy and crowded Poblacion.
Not a good experience. I ordered kimchi jjigae (which is my favorite), but ended up disappointed to the highest level. The serving was small, vegetables was over cooked and the biggest disappointment was in a bowl i only got 1 piece of meat, the size was approximately 1.5cm and 2mm in diameter. I paid 250 pesos for a bowl, not worth a try. Not generous at all.
Surprised by the other Google reviews. Meat is nothing special, but you get what you pay for (it's cheap). Although the sides are unlimited, you really have to push the waiters to bring new plates by, so service is pretty bad. Also, there was a bug in my food...not cool.
samgyupsal (grilled pork belly) is very good. Side dishes are not a expansive as other restaurants and the quality is average. They give very small portions of side dishes but they give free refills. Bibimbap is very much adjusted for Filipino taste. It is sweet and not so spicy.
The service could be better, but the food was great.
Reasonable price for the taste. I wish they would add a little bit more of the meat. I like their kimchi! It's the perfect heat level for those like me who don't eat spicy food that often.
The place can get really crowded and busy during the dinner rush. Excellent food for its price. Great service. Even though they were crazy busy the owner/s made sure we were helped and still showed great effort in customer service. I really like their seafood pancake and I tried a cold buckwheat noodle dish. Kimchi is good, too.
Been coming to this family style restaurant for 5 years now , very cozy and homey, the meat quality is top notch, especially pork belly and ox tongue , always fresh , and nicely cut .
